Job description
Victoria's Secret in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Store Manager to drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role oversees payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising while ensuring brand standards are met.
You will coach leaders, manage weekly schedules, and partner with district leadership to execute sales initiatives; lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods are required.
