Job description
Claire’s is seeking a Store Manager in Rockford, IL to lead a fast-paced Claire's store, drive sales, and deliver memorable customer experiences. Base pay is $24-26 per hour for full-time non-exempt employees.
Responsibilities include achieving store targets, overseeing inventory and merchandising, managing cash flow, and training a team to provide exceptional service in a welcoming environment. A willingness to become a trained piercing specialist is preferred.
