Job description
Reformation is seeking a Store Manager for our Country Club Plaza location in Kansas City. You will lead the store team, drive sales targets, manage operations, and deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with our sustainability brand.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will hire, train, and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding brand standards. Salary range is $65,000–$85,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
