Job description
Now Optics in Texas is hiring a Store Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting and development for our Stanton Optical locations. You will partner with Recruiting, Clinical services, and HR to build strong teams that deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The role requires associating degree or 2 years of store management, leadership in fast-paced retail, and ability to multitask across schedules, reports, and operations. ABO/NCLE is preferred and certification within the first year.
