Job description
Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager for our Aeropostale brand in California to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will recruit and train top talent, manage store operations, and implement plans to achieve profitability while upholding brand standards and values. This role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires flexibility, travel for district meetings, and an engaged, hands-on leadership approach daily.
