Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager or equivalent to oversee all store processes, from ordering and stocking to sales and staffing. You will recruit, train, evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with policies while leading safe operations and excellent customer service.
You will manage inventory, execute merchandising standards, monitor financials, and coordinate opening/closing duties. A strong retail background and ability to lead a team are essential.
