Job description
Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead a retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, coach, and motivate staff to deliver top service and meet sales targets while ensuring the best customer experience across the store.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail management, strong people skills, honesty and loyalty, and computer savvy to support store operations and growth. Prior athletic footwear sales experience is a plus in a growing company.
