Job description
Dollar General seeks a Store Manager to oversee all store operations in a high-volume retail location. You will lead staff, ensure proper staffing, and drive store performance across ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising and selling activities.
You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees, implement company policies, uphold safety and security standards, and manage cash controls to deliver exceptional customer service. Proactive leadership is essential in a fast-paced environment.
