Job description
KwikFill is seeking a Store Manager for our Spencerport location to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and payroll while maintaining store standards and customer service excellence. You will lead hiring, training, and store performance within budget guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
You will supervise associates, manage inventory and merchandising, perform cash handling, and drive sales growth in a busy retail setting. Prior C-store experience is helpful.
