Job description
Lids Sports Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver excellent customer service.
You’ll own hiring, training, and performance management, while ensuring store goals are met and the brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with base pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour.
