Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Freehold, NJ to lead a team of Associates and Managers, maintaining the Tillys Experience for every Customer.
You will oversee all store operations, recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate a dedicated team to meet company goals and deliver outstanding customer service. The role is full-time, with an hourly salary range and eligibility for benefits as described in the offer.
