Job description
WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, mentor teams, and uphold safety and service standards. This role covers shifts when the General Manager is not onsite, aiming to cultivate a positive culture and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
The Store Manager reports to the General Manager and oversees payroll tasks, scheduling, and staff development while driving revenue performance and ensuring efficient, compliant operations across the site.
