Job description
Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking a Store Manager in Little Rock, AR to lead daily store operations, staffing, revenue planning, and customer service excellence. You will supervise team members, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and visual standards.
Qualifications include a High School diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, plus 2 years of management experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
