Journeys in McAllen, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, train and lead store personnel to hit sales targets and protect assets. You will foster an energetic, inclusive environment embodying Journeys culture while promoting from within.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work 45 hours weekly including nights and weekends.
