Job description
Thorntons LLC is seeking a Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations with minimal supervision from the General Manager. The role focuses on delivering a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock guest experience while training and recognizing Team Members and maintaining a safe workplace.
You will supervise labor, drive store initiatives, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met, while supporting the GM in achieving store goals and sustaining brand consistency.
