Job description
Dollar General in Waterbury, CT seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead all store operations, staffing, training, and compliance. You will drive customer service excellence, supervise daily workflows, and ensure financial integrity through cash controls and inventory accuracy.
The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of retail processes, and the ability to open/close the store as needed. A high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.
