Job description
Dollar General in Wanamingo, MN seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, staffing, inventory and customer service. You will lead by example, implement company policies, manage budgets and drive sales while ensuring compliance with safety and labor laws.
You will recruit, train and develop a team, handle opening/closing routines, monitor performance and execute merchandising standards to achieve in-store targets and high customer satisfaction.
