Job description
7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager for a franchisee-owned location in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will oversee daily store operations, coach and train staff, and ensure a superior guest experience while supporting sales goals.
You will recruit and develop team members, maintain inventory controls, build strong vendor relations, and keep the store clean and well merchandised, while promoting the 7-Eleven brand within the community. Hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.
