Job description
Dollar General seeks a Store Manager in Clarion, IA to lead all store operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising and staff supervision.
You will recruit, train and evaluate employees, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation and safety, and drive sales while controlling costs. Regular opening/closing, inventory management and adherence to company policies are required.
