Job description
Dollar General is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee shop operations, staffing, and customer service at our Lynchburg, VA area store.
You will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees; manage ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and loss prevention; and ensure daily opening/closing and policy compliance. Strong leadership and retail experience required; high school diploma preferred.
