Job description
Carter's is seeking a Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead our team on the sales floor, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive merchandising and operations excellence. You will coach staff to become brand and product experts, while fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our values and supports associates’ growth.
You will oversee scheduling, training, payroll, and budgets, ensuring KPIs are met and the omnichannel experience is seamless for customers.
