Job description
Casey’s is looking for a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team and run a high-performing store. Drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality standards while coaching Team Members in the Casey’s Way.
You will manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and daily bookwork, partnering with leadership to develop action plans. This role requires a hands-on leader committed to Casey’s CARES values and community service.
