Job description
Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive retail sales. This hands-on leadership role blends customer service with light technical work to keep the store running smoothly and customers satisfied.
You’ll oversee opening/closing, manage inventory, support performance against KPIs, and grow the business by expanding commercial accounts while upholding safety and appearance standards.
