Job description
Dollar General seeks a store manager to lead all store operations, drive staffing, training, and compliance with company policies. You will coach staff, conduct evaluations, and manage cash handling and merchandising to meet in-store targets.
You will ensure proper opening/closing procedures, maintain a safe, well-organized environment, and uphold service quality while supporting corporate standards across departments.
