Job description
Goodwill is hiring a Store Manager to lead Northwest Arkansas retail operations in Rogers. You will collaborate with leadership to meet annual goals, supervise staff, manage payroll, and ensure best-in-class customer service aligned with ACE culture.
You will drive staff development, performance reviews, and daily store activities while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and strong merchandise presentation. This role requires leadership and a hands-on approach to daily challenges.
