Job description
Journeys in Santa Rosa is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.
You’ll lead a fast-paced team in a teen-focused retail environment, promote from within, and help create a fun, inclusive store culture with strong customer service and Loss Prevention practices.
