Job description
Catalyst Brands in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a high-performing team at JCPenney. You will hire, train, and empower associates, create an exceptional customer experience, and oversee all store operations to hit sales and profitability goals.
As a leader you will set expectations, develop talent, manage merchandising and floor sets, and use data to drive action plans. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected; travel to district meetings may be required.
