Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, hiring and guiding a team to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will drive operations, quality, and guest satisfaction with a focus on leadership development.
The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, relocation flexibility within a 50-mile radius, and a dynamic work schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
