Job description
Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto. You will lead the store team on the sales floor, coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
You will drive sales, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with HR to address performance issues while embracing Pandora's values of care and passion. This role requires 3–5 years of store-management experience and strong leadership.
