Job Summary
Retail Wireless Store Manager in Manor, TX, responsible for managing daily operations, supervising a small team, achieving sales quotas, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑spot redirect coaching.
Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions.
Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.
Weekend availability required. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills, sales success, and customer service experience.
Strong team‑building abilities and ability to thrive in a small team environment.
No prior experience required; training provided.
Compensation
$30,000 - $35,000 per year plus commission and bonuses.
