Role Description
The Store Manager role at ba&sh is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company standards. This role leads, coaches, and motivates the store team to deliver a premium customer experience, drive sales performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Store Manager monitors key performance indicators, manages scheduling, and supports staff training and development. The position also ensures compliance with retail loss prevention policies, maintains a safe and inclusive environment, and represents the ba&sh brand through professional, fashion-forward service.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to create an engaging and welcoming in-store experience.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and collaborate with regional and corporate partners.
Proven Store Management experience, including oversight of daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Previous experience in fashion or premium retail environments is preferred.
Ability to lead diverse teams, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail reporting tools; additional language skills are a plus.
