We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. If you have a passion for leading others, driving growth, and increasing profits, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness while operating a market-leading NAPA store
Take full responsibility for P&L, develop initiatives, and solve roadblock issues
Responsibilities
Identify new customers and revenue opportunities
Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Support outside sales in developing wholesale accounts
Build and develop a team committed to excellent customer care and business results
Continuously improve processes and procedures
Maintain store security and safety standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Passion for customer care and relationship building
Knowledge of inventory controls, stock levels, and seasonal shifts (a plus)
Self-motivated with a drive to meet business goals
Customer-focused with high energy
Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
Preferred Skills and Experience
Technical or Trade school courses or degree
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body/collision, or management roles
Customer-centric mindset
ASE Certifications (a plus)
