General Manager – Smoothie King | Lead Our New Chapter
Location: Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Summerville
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Consistent Hours | No Late Nights

Role Overview
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations. You’ll recruit, coach, and inspire your team, manage performance, and create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver the Smoothie King Experience
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations
Ensure brand standards in cleanliness, service, and speed
Monitor sales, inventory, and key performance metrics
Build a culture of teamwork, appreciation, and growth
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in food, beverage, or hospitality management
Assistant General Managers from high-volume operations encouraged to apply
Experience in coffee, smoothie, or quick-service beverage concepts preferred
Strong communication and coaching skills
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
