Job description
Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking, Inc. seeks a hands-on Store Manager to launch and run a new Washington location serving Tacoma, Seattle, and Olympia. You will train in Oregon for 3–4 months, then move to WA to lead operations, staffing, inventory, and customer service with a focus on growth and ownership of the business.
This role emphasizes building teams, delivering exceptional service, and driving profitability in a new-market environment while aligning with Rick’s processes and standards.
