Position Overview
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role involves leading by example in customer service and sales, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. The Store Manager will collaborate closely with the team to drive performance and uphold operational excellence. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
Lead by example in customer service, sales, and team collaboration to foster a productive environment.
Support merchandising, store organization, and inventory management to optimize product availability.
Utilize Shopify POS and e-commerce systems for efficient transaction and order processing.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with customers and support a welcoming store environment.
Ensure operational efficiency and consistent execution of store standards.
Support team productivity, accountability, and overall store performance.
Required Experience/Skills
5+ years of retail experience with proven leadership capabilities.
Experience with Shopify POS and e-commerce platforms.
Strong inventory management and operational experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of daily responsibilities.
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience in fashion, children's retail, women's retail, or other trend-driven environments.
Previous Assistant Store Manager experience.
Experience supporting a new store opening or merchandising setup.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
Additional certifications in retail operations or leadership are a plus.
Ongoing professional development in retail or management encouraged.
