What You’ll Do:
Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve the established goals and objectives
Develop, coach and lead all employees at assigned store leveraging management team for support
Foster an environment of teamwork and strong communication within the store as well as across the company
In addition to managing the location, will assume responsibility for direct customer sales, meeting annual individual sales goals and metrics
Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics
Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas for assigned location: Sales, Parts and Service.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in sales or operations management
Experience with John Deere and/or competitive products
Ability to professionally lead and motivate others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Functions
Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
