Responsibilities
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and activities related to the operation of its store;
Ensures the application of standards, procedures and programs established by New Look;
Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
Adjust contact lenses and advise the client with their use;
Ensure the quality and conformity of ophthalmic products sold by analyzing lenses, inspecting frames, cutting and repairs;
Perform any other professional act reserved for an optician;
Train new employees and support their professional development;
Be an ambassador for a company committed to the environment and its local community.
Requirements
Be a member of the College of Dispensing Opticians in his/her province;
Have a minimum of five years of experience managing a sales team;
Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
Leadership, ability to communicate, to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;
