Job description
Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, lead the team, and drive performance while keeping the fun and energy that defines the brand. You will coach a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the Sunglass Hut culture across the store.
As a store leader, you will own day-to-day operations, drive KPIs and profitability, recruit and develop talent, and turn insights into action to ensure exceptional results and a compelling customer journey.
