Job description
Kay Jewelers seeks a Store Manager to lead a single store, driving sales, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards are upheld while delivering a best-in-class service.
As Store Manager, you will partner with the District Manager, supervise an Assistant Store Manager and Jewelry Consultants, and champion a People First culture that values diversity and inclusion. Weekend and peak hours are expected.
