Job description
Dollar General is seeking a store manager to direct all store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. You will recruit, train and evaluate employees, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain cash controls and safety standards.
You will open and close the store, monitor performance, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. Experience in retail management and strong organizational skills are required.
