Store Manager
We’re not looking for someone to simply run a coffee shop.
We’re looking for someone who loves people, loves building teams, and wants to help create a place employees are excited to come to work.
Our Store Manager sets the tone for everything. The culture, the customer experience, the team development, and the overall success of the store.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Hiring, training, and developing an amazing team
Coaching Shift Leads and helping them grow into stronger leaders
Creating a positive, accountable, and fun culture
Managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
Building relationships with customers and the community
Driving sales through great service and strong leadership
Keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently

Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive, energetic, and people-focused
Comfortable giving feedback and holding standards
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Retail, restaurant, or leadership experience preferred
