Job description
Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Store Manager for The North Face at the Snowmass Village rental-retail store. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and profitability, manage staffing, merchandising, and inventory, and coach a high-performing team to deliver an elevated guest experience.
You will report to the General Manager of Stores and operate in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with a bonus-eligible salaried role. Prior multi-unit retail leadership is preferred.
