Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a seasonal store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through guest services and cost control. The role includes shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown, with 8+ hours standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required and a 21+ age minimum.
