Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, driving sales, guest services, and profitability.
You will be responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal location. The position requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
