Job description
Spirit Halloween in Toledo, OH seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a seasonal retail operation. You will drive sales, oversee guest services, manage staff, and ensure store standards throughout the Halloween season.
Responsibilities include controlling expenses, merchandising, inventory, shrink reduction, and the setup/teardown of the pop-up store. Candidates must be 21+, have flexible schedules, and be able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
