Role Description
The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience. This role includes leading and mentoring team members, managing schedules, and ensuring that store procedures and visual merchandising standards are consistently met. The Store Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve escalated issues, and support guests through the hat customization experience. They will monitor inventory, manage cash handling, and implement retail loss prevention practices to protect company assets. The role also involves tracking store performance, reporting key metrics, and collaborating with leadership on local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating memorable in-store experiences.
Strong Communication skills to effectively lead teams, interact with guests, and coordinate with company leadership.
Store Management experience in a retail environment, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and operational execution.
Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrink and ensure safe, compliant store operations.
Previous experience in specialty retail, hospitality, or experiential concepts is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, coach performance, and foster an inclusive, respectful work environment.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented brand with evolving processes and expectations.
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and standard office software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
