Job description
Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa is seeking a Store Manager for the Dyersville store. You will oversee daily retail operations, supervising the Assistant Manager, Sales Associates, and staff, ensuring seamless donor intake, production, security, loss prevention, and sales transactions.
The role demands leadership, training, compliance with all regulations, and a focus on customer service, merchandising, and revenue growth. Some travel to other locations may be required.
