Job description
EarthWise Pet is seeking a Store Manager to run a single location, overseeing retail, grooming, and where applicable self-wash operations. You will drive sales, manage staff, control costs, and ensure excellent customer experiences through coaching and strong product knowledge.
This full-time role reports to Field Leadership and requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and community engagement to strengthen the store's local presence.
