Job description
Spirit Halloween seeks a Store Manager to oversee the full operation of a seasonal store, driving sales and profitability while maintaining excellent guest service. You will handle staffing, merchandising, shrink control and setup/teardown of a seasonal space.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Illinois-based, compensation includes benefits and program bonuses.
