Job description
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage expenses to meet budgeted goals. You will oversee staffing and customer service in a high-volume thrift environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), 3+ years of retail supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.
